Earth Energy Bites
Earthy, sweet, grainy, & filled with all natural matcha energy! With an additional herbal boost of holy basil to combats stress & anxiety, these matcha bites are a perfect nutrient dense snack.
I truly love the freedom that you have to get all of the vitamins you need within a simple bite recipe. As long as you keep the base the same, you can virtually add any herbs or boosts that you prefer without effecting the flavor drastically.
Recipe
In a food processor combine:
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp holy basil powder (powder in coffee grinder)
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup sunflower butter
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
4 dates
