Strawberry Chia Jam
Adult PB&J made with gluten free toast, sunflower butter, of course jam. Topped with bee pollen & orange zest for anti-inflammation & an immune boost.
From the first time I made this simple strawberry chia jam recipe, it’s become a staple that I need on hand at all times.
It’s the perfect addition to oats, toast, rice cakes, ice cream, fruit, the list goes on! In just 15 minutes, you can create jam that will turn you off store-bought indefinitely.
Instructions
Slice 1lb (1 carton) of strawberries & heat on medium in a sauce pan. Continue to stir.
Once the strawberries have started to break up, add 2tbsp chia seeds, 2tbsp honey, & lemon to taste.
Continue to stir for 15 minutes on low heat.
Keep in a mason jar or sealed container for up to 1 week.
