Chrysanthemum Tea Time

My favorite bed time ritual… chrysanthemum tea.

Especially now with COVID-19, I think it is so important to make additions to our daily routines to build up our immunity. Not only is chrysanthemum a great natural source for this, but it also helps reduce inflammation, aid digestion, & contains vitamin A & C. It has also been known to calm nerved & anxiety.

I personally love the flavor, but it does has a strong herbal taste. If that is not to your liking, I recommend adding honey & lemon, which will only further aid digestion.

Nightly Mix

  • add 1 tbsp whole chrysanthemum flower to a glass

  • fill with hot water & let steep for 2-4 minutes.

  • add cinnamon & dried elderberries for an extra immune boost.
