Chlorophyll Water
I grew up with my mother adding greens to nearly everything I drank or ate. I fought it for a long time, but now that I am an adult (kind of) & living on my own, I’ve realized that I am grateful I got an introduction to these simple supplements early on in life. Mindset or not, now, I don’t feel my best without them.
Noted Benefits of Chlorophyll

Chlorophyll is found in most green vegetables & herbs including wheat grass, green beans, spinach, parsley, & arugula. One of the simplest ways to boost health & increase your natural vitamin intake, is by adding chlorophyll to your water.
The daily recommended intake of chlorophyll is 1tbsp, which can be added to any liquid beverage. My personal favorite is made by World Organic. It is derived from alfalfa & is one of the cheaper options available at most health food stores. I keep mine refrigerated in a droplet bottle & add a few droplets to each glass of water I drink. It has virtually no taste, making it an easy addition to all liquids if you are lacking your greens. I’ve noticed it significantly helps my digestion if I am feeling bloated or have eaten something that doesn’t agree with me. I also love adding lemon to further aid this process. If you can’t eat your greens, drink them!
